This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through revivpeptides.com. Our products are research materials, so we maintain strict handling standards to protect product integrity. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

1. All Requests Reviewed Case by Case

We do not offer automatic or guaranteed refunds. Every refund, return, or replacement request is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis, and approval is granted at the sole discretion of Reviv Peptides based on the circumstances and the evidence provided.

2. Store Credit Only — No Cash Refunds

Approved requests are resolved with store credit or a replacement only. We do not issue cash or monetary refunds back to the original payment method under any circumstances. Store credit is applied to your Reviv Peptides account and can be used toward any future order. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit.

4. Returns

Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Unopened items in original, unused condition may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery with prior written authorization. Any approved return is resolved with store credit, not a cash refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products, items not in their original condition, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for return, store credit, or replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped; an approved cancellation is issued as store credit. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it may qualify under the sections above.

7. Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of the ship date and, where approved, are resolved with a replacement or store credit.
