Why Buy the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500)?

Researchers buy the Wolverine Stack because it puts two of the most studied repair peptides in one vial — 5 mg BPC-157 and 5 mg TB-500. BPC-157 raises nitric oxide and growth factors like VEGF, which helps new blood vessels form and supports local tissue repair in animal studies.[1] TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 peptide) binds actin inside cells to help them move, which supports recovery across the body.[3]

Because the two peptides work through different pathways, they can be studied for tendon, ligament, muscle, gut, and blood-vessel repair in a single model. BPC-157 has also been studied for soft-tissue and tendon healing.[2]

Benefits & Uses

This stack is studied for broad tissue repair because its two peptides act on different healing pathways. Research areas include:

  • Tendon, ligament, and muscle repair models[2]
  • Multi-pathway wound healing (NO/VEGF + actin)[1]
  • Anti-inflammatory and pro-repair research
  • Gut lining repair (BPC-157)
  • Heart protection and post-injury repair models (TB-500)[3]
  • Joint and connective tissue recovery research

How It Works

The stack works by combining two repair pathways. BPC-157 raises nitric oxide, VEGF, and EGF signalling, which supports blood vessel growth, cell migration, and repair at injury sites in animal studies. It also helps protect the gut lining.[1] TB-500 binds actin to help cells move and remodel tissue, and it sends repair and blood-vessel signals across the body.[3] Together they build a broad repair environment that targets both the structure and the blood supply of healing tissue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are BPC-157 and TB-500 studied together?

They are studied together because their pathways do not overlap. BPC-157 supports local repair through nitric oxide and growth factors. TB-500 acts across the body through actin and blood-vessel growth. In animal studies, combining them often gives better repair than either peptide alone.

What is the ratio of BPC-157 to TB-500 in the Wolverine Stack?

The ratio is 1:1. Each 10 mg vial holds 5 mg BPC-157 and 5 mg TB-500. This is the most common ratio used in combination research.

Reconstitution & Dosing Guide

How to Reconstitute

Add 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. Aim the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Do not spray it straight onto the powder. Swirl gently until it fully dissolves. Do not shake. This gives about 3.33 mg/mL total blend. Store the mixed vial at 4 °C and use within 28 days. To calculate the draw for any other water volume or dose, use our peptide reconstitution calculator.

Low Starting Dose

  • Dose per injection: 600 mcg total (300 mcg BPC-157 + 300 mcg TB-500) — 18 units (0.18 mL) on a U-100 insulin syringe
  • Frequency: once daily, subcutaneous
  • Cycle length: 8–12 weeks

Loading weeks 1–4: 600 mcg daily. Maintenance weeks 5–12: 600 mcg daily.
