Epitalon (Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from the pineal gland protein Epithalamin, and one of the most researched longevity peptides available in Canada. How Epitalon Works

Epitalon stimulates the expression of the catalytic subunit of telomerase (hTERT) in somatic cells, potentially slowing telomere shortening associated with cellular ageing. It also directly modulates the pineal gland, increasing melatonin secretion and supporting circadian synchronisation. Additional reported activities include normalisation of hypothalamic-pituitary axis sensitivity, upregulation of antioxidant enzymes, and oncostatic effects mediated through cell cycle checkpoint proteins (p53, Bcl-2 modulation) in in vitro cancer models.

How to Reconstitute

Add 2.0 mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. Inject the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder. Gently swirl until fully dissolved; do not shake. This yields approximately 5.0 mg/mL. Store the reconstituted vial at 4 °C and use within 28 days.

Low Starting Dose

• Dose per injection: 5 mg (5,000 mcg) — 100 units (1.00 mL) on a U-100 insulin syringe
• Frequency: Once daily, subcutaneous injection (evening)
• Cycle length: 20 consecutive days, then 4–6 months off
