How to Reconstitute

Add 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. Pour the water slowly down the inside wall — do not aim it at the powder. Swirl gently until it fully dissolves; do not shake. This makes about 3.33 mg/mL. Keep the mixed vial at 4 °C and use it within 28 days.
