Why Buy Hexarelin?
Buy Hexarelin because it is a strong growth hormone (GH) peptide that also has a second, heart-focused action. It is a six-part peptide that binds the ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a) to trigger large GH pulses. Unlike Ipamorelin, Hexarelin also binds the CD36 receptor, which gives it direct heart-protecting effects that do not depend on GH.[1] This dual action makes it a useful tool for studying both the GH system and heart biology at the same time. Reviv Peptides ships it at ≥99% purity, HPLC-tested, with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) on request.
Benefits & Uses
Labs study Hexarelin for both GH and heart research. Common research uses include:
- Strong GH release through the GHSR-1a receptor
- GH/IGF-1 system stimulation studies
- Heart protection through the CD36 receptor[1]
- Heart-injury (ischemia/reperfusion) models[1]
- Muscle growth and recovery research
- Fat loss and metabolic rate studies
These uses come from published research on this peptide.[1]
How It Works
Hexarelin works in two ways. At the GHSR-1a receptor it follows the same path as other GH peptides — it raises calcium inside pituitary cells and triggers GH release — but it binds tighter, so the GH pulses are larger. At the CD36 receptor on heart cells, it turns on survival signals (Src kinase and ERK1/2) that help heart cells live through low-oxygen stress in animal heart-injury models.[1] This heart-protecting effect does not need the GH receptor and was found after the peptide was first made.

Canada FAQs
How does Hexarelin compare to GHRP-2?
Hexarelin usually makes larger GH pulses than GHRP-2 because it binds the GH receptor more tightly. It also binds CD36, giving heart-protecting effects that GHRP-2 does not have.[1] One trade-off is that Hexarelin can lose effect faster at high doses over long use.
How does it differ from other GHRPs?
Its CD36 receptor binding is unique among GH peptides. This gives it heart-protecting effects that do not depend on GH, which makes it useful for combined GH and heart research.[1]
Is Hexarelin available in Canada?
Yes. Reviv Peptides stocks Hexarelin and ships it across Canada.
Reconstitution & Dosing Guide
Here is how to mix and store the vial for research.
How to Reconstitute
Add 2.0 mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. Pour the water slowly down the inside wall — do not aim it at the powder. Swirl gently until it fully dissolves; do not shake. This makes about 2.5 mg/mL. Keep the mixed vial at 4 °C and use it within 28 days.
Low Starting Dose
A common research starting point is a low daily amount.
- Amount per injection: 100 mcg — 4 units (0.04 mL) on a U-100 syringe
- How often: Once a day, under the skin
- Length: 8–12 weeks
Hexarelin loses effect with long nonstop use; cycling on and off is recommended.
Start at the lowest useful dose and adjust to the response seen.
